Product Condition:
-Physical products (e.g., testing kits) must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
-Digital products or services, such as reports, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Return Timeline:
-Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Service Issues:
-If there is a technical issue or error in the generation of your personalized report, please contact us for a resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be granted.

How to Request a Refund

2. For physical products, we will provide a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Shipping fees and taxes may not be refundable.
